Sunny Hollow is a picturesque 17-acre property nestled in the mountains of Rochester, Vermont, with a long history dating back to 1809. Most recently a writers' retreat, and prior to that a beloved local inn. The main 9-bedroom farmhouse was accepted into the Vermont Historical Society in 1998 and is loaded with charm and quirkiness. Tucked away in the back corner of the property is the farmhouse's much younger sister, the cottage -- an adorable and cozy 2-bedroom with unobstructed views of the fields and mountains.
